Cemented Carbide Balls
What Are Cemented Carbide Balls?
Cemented carbide balls, also known as tungsten carbide balls, are precision spherical components used in bearings, valves, gauges, pumps, and flow control equipment. Renyuan Mould supplies high-precision carbide balls in various sizes and grades.
Carbide balls offer exceptional hardness, wear resistance, and surface finish for demanding industrial applications.
Properties
Tungsten carbide balls provide hardness from 86 to 92 HRA, high compressive strength, and excellent corrosion resistance. They can be polished to mirror surface finish and tight sphericity tolerances, making them ideal for precision bearings and valves.
Applications
Carbide balls are used in bearings, ball valves, flow meters, precision gauges, pump components, paint spray equipment, and instrumentation. They are essential in oil and gas, automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing industries.
Precision Grades
We supply carbide balls in Grade 5, Grade 10, and Grade 20 tolerances according to international standards. Ball diameters range from small miniature sizes to large industrial sizes. Custom sizes and materials are available on request.
Manufacturing Process
Carbide balls are produced by pressing carbide powder into ball blanks, sintering, and then precision grinding and lapping to achieve the required sphericity and surface finish. Each ball is inspected for diameter, roundness, and surface quality.
Custom Solutions
Renyuan Mould can supply custom carbide balls with specific diameters, tolerances, and grades. We also produce ball sets and matching components for valve and bearing applications.
Quality and Delivery
Every ball is inspected for diameter, sphericity, surface finish, and hardness. Balls are packed in protective trays or cases. Delivery is two to four weeks worldwide.
Why Choose Renyuan Mould
With years of experience in carbide balls, Renyuan Mould supplies precision balls to customers worldwide. We offer competitive pricing and reliable quality. Contact us with your ball requirements.
