High Hardness Cemented Carbide Parts
What Are High Hardness Cemented Carbide Parts?
High hardness cemented carbide parts are precision components made from tungsten carbide with cobalt binder, offering exceptional hardness and wear resistance. Renyuan Mould manufactures custom high-hardness carbide parts for demanding industrial applications.
These parts maintain hardness and dimensional stability under extreme pressure, abrasion, and elevated temperatures.
Properties
Our high hardness carbide parts offer hardness from 88 to 93 HRA, compressive strength up to 5000 N per square millimeter, and excellent wear resistance. They outlast steel parts by tens of times in abrasive environments.
Types of Parts
We produce carbide punches, dies, nozzles, seal rings, wear pads, guide pins, cutting tools, and custom-shaped components. Each part is precision ground to customer drawings with tight tolerances and quality surface finish.
Applications
High hardness carbide parts are used in metal stamping, wire drawing, extrusion, oil and gas equipment, automotive manufacturing, mining, and textile machinery. They are essential where wear resistance and precision are critical.
Material Grades
Fine-grain carbide grades with low cobalt content offer the highest hardness and wear resistance. Medium grades balance hardness with toughness. Nickel-bonded grades provide corrosion resistance for special applications.
Custom Manufacturing
Renyuan Mould provides custom carbide parts based on customer drawings, samples, or specifications. We assist with material selection, geometry, and tolerances to meet performance requirements.
Quality and Delivery
Every part is inspected for dimensions, hardness, surface finish, and visual defects. Material certifications are available. Delivery is two to four weeks worldwide.
Why Choose Renyuan Mould
